I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of JEM Restaurant Company a franchisee of Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Arctic Air has been a business partner with JEM Restaurants for over 15 years. I have found their technicians plus office staff to attentive, timely, thorough and professional in providing service with our ice machines, air conditioning, heating and refrigeration maintenance. They have provided excellent service with repair, preventative maintenance and new unit installations.

We have been working with Arctic Air, Inc. for over 7 years now and have been very satisfied with a variety of their residential HVAC and plumbing services. We’ve had heat pump service on an aging unit and also purchased anew heat pump with professional installation through Arctic Air. Currently we have a service contract on our heat pump and enjoy prepaid seasonal service calls twice a year at a very reasonable price. We’ve also had an Arctic Air plumber replace our water heater. We have found all of the technicians to be experienced and knowledgeable. Whenever I call for service, Staci and Valarie always fit us into the schedule sooner rather than later and we always get notification that the serviceman is on the way. The service is reliable and top-notch, and we are very happy to patronize a locally owned business and recommend it to others.

We just want to thank you for all the excellent service over the past several years. This has included two quite difficult HVAC replacements, one in attic, and one in cramped attic space above a closet, along with water heater replacements along the way. Your folks are always on time, professional and competent-always finishing the job no matter the obstacles encountered. We would not dream of changing.
